Had a fun celebration ytd to celeb RuoYun' s 23rd Birthday. (getting older n older) hahaha.
The day started off with me meeting a Great Eastern agent to sign some docs for the cpf medishield, working with Great Eastern policy. Met up early with Qi to do some shopping. I can't wear my sandal to work now and had to get new pair of shoes! I tot I've no shoes to wear, only to realise quite a number of pairs are still in good condition later on. haha. I pretty much like the stuffs I bought that day. No regrets yet. haha.
Then off we went to meet up with the other pretty ladies at Raffles Mrt station. We were heading to Hokkiado Ramen at North Canal Road. Its my 3rd or 4th visit there. Worth trying as its nice! I love the egg there. Really is still kind of watery inside, unlike those at Ajitsan & some other places. haha. I tried butter corn shoyu ramen this time rnd. Had craving for corns. haha. Later on, we headed down the street to look for pub to watch Manchester United vs Arsenal match. It was quite an important night for ManU. If they win/draw, they will be crown the champion for Barclays Premier League. We walked randomly and realised a big crowd in front of a pub and realised it was the Manchester United Cafe! Big screen showing live screening and few other LCD tv around. Many people were crowding the watch the match. Pyu, Bdae ger & me stayed to watch the match. We managed to catch the 2nd half. Wq & Ash can't be bothered so they went Mac to slack. The game ended with a draw. Though its not victory but happy enough for ManU to celebrate & party! The atmosphere watching there was good! Immediately, there is manU victory songs being played. A wonderful feel cheering with so many people. There were people walking out of ManU cafe in Arsenal jersey. I find it weird though. Y watch at somewhere where u're surrounding with opposing party fans. Not just 1 but really 1 whole big crowd. haha. Someone took out a BPL trophy too. Of cos its a impose one but still had fun taking photo with it. The chef also came out to celebrate too! haha. Btw, only me & Ry are manU supporters. Pyu is just there to see manU lose and hoping for Arsenal to win. lol.
We continued the night at Mind's Cafe. Supprisingly, there were seats available though we made no reservation. I had fun and I assumed my GFs had fun too! haha. We ordered the game combo set so we had food again. Tibits, some sacks and desserts. Really a sinful night of almost non-stop eating. haha. We played some retarded banna game that is so not fun. Pyu is lousy in spotting the bananas. haha. The designer of the game works there too. Imported one. haha. And our fav pig game that got nth to do with the pig. This time rnd, nt so lucky. I got the least pigs :( Maybe is just hinting that i'm not as piggy as them. LOL. We finally bring out the fruit tarts that we bought as Ry's bdae cake. Mind's cafe heard that is RY bdae and also gave her a complimentary drink. but its so awful! we didn't finished it of course. haha. We also presented her the gift we bought for her. Subcrew T-shirt. Hope she loves it and she better does. haha. Black + gold so i guessed it can't go wrong. We played a game later on with the mind's cafe guy. He is so nt gentleman la! Hurt my poor finger nail. haha. But then ash help me took revenge by hitting his arm real hard. lol. poor him. haha. A fun game though. Testing our reaction and really need to Observe! That somehow sum up the wonderful day!
Its been long since all of us met up! Missing lynette and lame though. 1 still in aussie and another having exams. June will be the period that all will be back! Can't wait to have a meet up with everyone present! And yeah, lyn will be completing her studies which means that we can celeb bdaes tgt this year! We're both 15th Jul babies. haha. I really love this group of wonderful bunch that always stand by me. Even though we don't meet up often like in JC or we don't talk so often, we still love one another! haha. THANKS!!! :)
